What? aqua nueva has launched London’s largest Cava bar at Aqua London. The restaurant will be showcasing 15 award winning Cavas alongside its traditional tapas menu. There will also be Cava masterclasses run by Head Sommelier Zsolt Kismod where guests can learn more about the sparkling wine as well as tasting some vintage Cavas.
