What? The weather in London might be changing its mood constantly but it doesn’t mean you can’t get into the swing of summer. We recommend heading to the roof-top bar of South Place Hotel, just outside of The Angler restaurant, where there’s currently a St Germain pop-up. There’s four cocktails made with the elderflower liqueur, and they’re all pretty delicious. And whatever the weather, it’ll be easy to pretend it’s summer.
