The new release commemorates the year that the late founder, Don Julio González, started making tequila in Mexico. The fine cognac is 100 years in the making from a blend of some 1, 200 eaux-de-vie, with a final alcohol level of 42.6%. Only 738 Baccarat black crystal decanters of the spirit have been released.
