What? Jihyun David is a design studio based in Amsterdam and Turin by Jihyun Ryou and David Artuffo. Their project, “save food from the refrigerator”, explores alternatives to technology for food preservation. Through a small book, exhibitions and prototypes, they hope that these alternatives can be shared with the public, triggering a return to grass roots approach to food.
