What? Mizuwari, meaning mixed with water in Japanese, is one of the most popular ways of enjoying whisky and is the name of the new Japanese whisky bar in Soho. Nestled underneath Bincho Yakitori, the bar serves a range of premium Japanese whiskies including Yamazaki, Hakushu and Hibiki. Guests can also buy whisky to keep behind the bar for return visits.
