Inspired by the natural colours of whisky as it ages in oak sherry barrels, the series focuses on the hue of the whisky and its resulting flavours rather than an age statement. Who? Cuisson What? Bespoke dining company Cuisson is teaming up with Laurent-Perrier to bring their luxury Afternoon Tea experience to Burlington Arcade. Taking place in a former jewellery shop, the pop-up will feature pastries designed by Hideko Kawa, the former Head Pastry Chef at The Fat Duck in Bray. The menu includes coronation chicken terrine, smoked salmon cornet caviar, Laurent-Perrier Champagne trifle, Hideko’s signature sweet burger, amongst other delights, as well as two glasses of Laurent-Perrier Champagne.
