What? Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens has teamed up with luxury tour-operator Destinology to offer a special culinary tour to Mauritius. Guests will be based at the Royal Palm Hotel and will enjoy Aikens hosted masterclasses, three four-course dinners by Aikens and a demonstration on Mauritian cuisine with Michel de Matteis and Aikens. The package also includes seven nights accommodation with breakfast and flights. Prices from £3,499 per person.
