What? Shaun Rankin’s new restaurant on the Island of Jersey is at last open. Focusing on local produce, much of it foraged, Rankin has managed to create a stellar fusion menu. The wine list is still expanding and the tasting menu is in the process of being created but it’s sure to become a destination restaurant on the island.
