St Germain pop-up terrace at South Place Hotel

Who? St Germain and South Place Hotel What? The weather in London might be changing its mood constantly but it doesn’t mean you can’t get into the swing of summer. We recommend heading to the roof-top bar of South Place Hotel, just outside of The Angler restaurant, where there’s currently a St Germain pop-up. There’s four cocktails made with the elderflower liqueur, and they’re all pretty delicious. And whatever the weather, it’ll be easy to pretend it’s summer. When? Open now until September 4, from 3pm until late Where? South Place Hotel, 3 South Place, London EC2M 2AF How? For more information, see southplacehotel.com
