What? Italian trattoria Mele e Pere are now offering regular vermouth evenings where guests can sample a variety of vermouth and vermouth cocktails as well as learn to make the fortified drink. Guests will get to explore the ingredients in a classic vermouth as well as try their hand at making some of their own. Masterclasses are £15 and includes nibbles at the bar.
