What? Doubletree by Hilton’s Skylounge is embracing the English summer with a Caribbean twist. The rooftop bar has been transformed into a pop-up Rum Shack just for the summer, serving up a selection of rum cocktails. There is also a special West Indian bar menu to go along with the cocktails.

    BrewDog opens Florence outpost
