What? Highland Park have recently released Freya, the third whisky in the Valhalla Collection. This follows the previous releases of Thor and Loki. The new whisky, named after the Norse goddess of Love, has aromas of white chocolate and almond bolstered by flavours of orange peel and butterscotch. Priced at £140.
