Who? Sake No Hana What? To celebrate spring and the cherry blossom season, Japanese restaurant Sake No Hana has turned its bar into a pop-up cherry blossom garden entitled Sukura at Sake No Hana. Guests can enjoy cherry-themed cocktails and teas, surrounded by cherry blossoms, as well as sukura inspired bento boxes and desserts. At lunch on the 26th of April, guests can also take part in Kagami Biraki where sake barrels and broken with a wooden mallet and sake is served in the traditional way. When? Who? Remy Martin What? Remy Martin has recently unveiled their latest premium release – the Louis XIII Rare Cask 42,6. The fine cognac is 100 years in the making from a blend of some 1, 200 eaux-de-vie, with a final alcohol level of 42.6%. Only 738 Baccarat black crystal decanters of the spirit have been released. A selection of fine spirits have been chosen by the Head Sommelier Louis Gordon to match cigars from the restaurant’s humidor.
