Who? Paris-Beijing Gallery What? The Brussels branch of the Paris-Beijing Gallery is hosting a retrospective of the artist Liu Bolin’s work. The artist trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Shandong, originally as a sculptor. Who? Washington Cherry Blossom Festival What? Each year, the Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington DC commemorates the gift of 3,000 cherry trees from Mayor Yukio Ozaki of Tokyo to the city in 1912.
