Cuisson pops up at Burlington Arcade

What? Bespoke dining company Cuisson is teaming up with Laurent-Perrier to bring their luxury Afternoon Tea experience to Burlington Arcade. Taking place in a former jewellery shop, the pop-up will feature pastries designed by Hideko Kawa, the former Head Pastry Chef at The Fat Duck in Bray. The menu includes coronation chicken terrine, smoked salmon cornet caviar, Laurent-Perrier Champagne trifle, Hideko’s signature sweet burger, amongst other delights, as well as two glasses of Laurent-Perrier Champagne. Priced at £65.
