What? If you thought you knew what fino serry was all about then Tio Pepe En Rama will definitely change your mind. This fifth annual release is unfiltered fino that’s bottled from two different soleras (the system by which sherry is produced) when the flor (the stuff that gives sherry its flavour) is at their thickest. Complex, nutty and definitely a change from expectations.
