What? The Michelin-starred Viajante will be kicking off a short series of collaborative dinners with world renowned visiting chefs entitled CRAFT. Head chef Nuno Mendes will be working with José Avillez of Restaurante Belcanto, Eneko Atxa of Azurmendi, Kobe Desramaults of In De Wulf, Acurio Gastón of Astrid e Gastón, Rasmus Kofoed of Geranium and Andre Chiang of Restaurant Andre. The eight course tasting menu will be £135.
