What? The 5th Gourmet Abu Dhabi returns to the city again this year. As one of the biggest food festivals in the UAE, it focuses on haute cuisine. There will be chef demonstrations, gourmet dinners, and themed events set around the city. Ticket prices vary according to events.

    Napoleon Tinqueux festival in Reims

    Who? City of Tinqueux What? History buffs should head to Tinqueux this April where, to mark the 200th Anniversary of Napoleon’s French campaign in 1814, the city is hosting re-enactments of the Battle of Reims. During the two day festival, there will be a torchlight procession, parade, brass band, sound and light show as well as the re-enactment itself.
