What? The latest book by René Redzepi is published by Phaidon in a three-book set. The Journal is a diary by Redzepi of a year at Noma including thoughts on creativity, ambition and collaboration. The Recipes book is a collection of 100 new recipes from Noma. The final small book, entitled Snapshots, is a series of behind-the-scene images taken by Redzepi and the team at Noma.

Situated above Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, in the heart of Milan, the pop-up restaurant will showcase American food from the cuisine to the ingredients in a fine-dining setting. It works in parallel to the James Beard House in New York City.     Krug collaborates with London Philharmonia Orchestra
