What? Dock Kitchen has revamped its menu with a new Korean-themed offering. The tasting menu is inspired by a recent trip to Korea by chef Stevie Parle and includes ingredients such as sea urchin, gochuchang, seaweed and of course, kimchee. Priced at £45 per person. A three course version of the menu is also available at £24.50.
