What? Try some interesting and weird food at New Zealand’s Honkita Wildfoods Festival. As well as celebrating the wild foods around the region, the festival also offers guests the opportunity to try foods such as wasp larvae ice cream.     As part of Milan Expo this year, USA’s James Beard Foundation has brought the James Beard American Restaurant (JBAR) to the Seven Stars Galleria. Situated above Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, in the heart of Milan, the pop-up restaurant will showcase American food from the cuisine to the ingredients in a fine-dining setting.     Sukura at Sake No Hana

    Who? Sake No Hana What? To celebrate spring and the cherry blossom season, Japanese restaurant Sake No Hana has turned its bar into a pop-up cherry blossom garden entitled Sukura at Sake No Hana.
