What? The Glenrothes have recently released the third whisky in its Extraordinary Cask Collection. The Glenrothes Single Cask 1968, bottled from a second-fill hogshead cask, is a limited release of just 145 bottles. Measuring at a sturdy 41.9% ABV alcohol, it’s said to boast notes of rose petals, apricots in syrup and mirabelles in honey. Prices start from £5,500.
