Who? Canvas Bar What? Canvas Bar has a sort of late night vibe. Perhaps it’s the dim lighting and pumping music, which surprisingly allows conversations. Perhaps it’s the DJ booth, seemingly ready to go. Or perhaps it’s because it doesn’t really start getting busy until 10pm. Either way, it’s probably not where you’d expect to find a gallery. Who? Cuisson What? Bespoke dining company Cuisson is teaming up with Laurent-Perrier to bring their luxury Afternoon Tea experience to Burlington Arcade. Taking place in a former jewellery shop, the pop-up will feature pastries designed by Hideko Kawa, the former Head Pastry Chef at The Fat Duck in Bray. The menu includes coronation chicken terrine, smoked salmon cornet caviar, Laurent-Perrier Champagne trifle, Hideko’s signature sweet burger, amongst other delights, as well as two glasses of Laurent-Perrier Champagne.
