Who? Alta Badia What? Alta Badia’s ski resorts will be presenting their food offerings for the coming season at Gourmet Skisafari Alta Badia. Guests will get the opportunity to sample the dishes created as part of the Slope Food initiative where gourmet appetisers have been created by Michelin-starred chefs. Who? The Kings Arms, Christchurch What? Bib Gourmand awarded restaurant at The Kings Arms Hotel has gone hyper-local with its new 15 Mile Menu. As the name suggests, everything from the fish to the vegetable to the meat is sourced from within 15 miles of the boutique hotel. It’s classic British fare, daily changing according to what’s in season and what’s available. The best bit? Aside from the delicious food, two wholesome courses are a mere £15. What’s not to love? Who? Antonio Mellino What? Two Michelin-starred chef Antonio Mellino has recently opened his new restaurant, Quattro Passi, in London’s Mayfair. The new restaurant takes its name from the chef’s Calabrian restaurant on the Amalfi coast and will be focusing on Italian fine dining.
