What? A restaurant that’s been at the heart of London for more than two decades is a rare find but that’s just one of the accolades that that The Matsuri holds. The other is that this restaurant in St James was the official caterer for the Japanese athletes during the London 2012 Olympics, a testament, perhaps, of its authenticity. With two sets of sommeliers (one for wine and wine for sake) and a whole team of specialist chefs, here is where you’ll find some of the heartiest sushi, tempura and teppanyaki.
