What? The latest book by René Redzepi is published by Phaidon in a three-book set. The Journal is a diary by Redzepi of a year at Noma including thoughts on creativity, ambition and collaboration. The Recipes book is a collection of 100 new recipes from Noma. The final small book, entitled Snapshots, is a series of behind-the-scene images taken by Redzepi and the team at Noma.

  • Hong Kong hosts its first Art Basel

    Who? Art Basel What? The city of Hong Kong will be hosting its first Art Basel with around half of the galleries participating coming from Asia and Asia-Pacific. There will be artwork for sale from established and emerging artists as well as curated objects. There are also various planned talks and events based around the show itself. Ticket prices vary.
